While we try to make our onscreen images as colour-true as possible there is a slight difference to the actual product from screen to screen.

However, should there be returns due to defective goods or wrong item delivery, you may email to enquiries@omgmarketing.com.my for authorisation. All damage/defective claims must be made within 30 days from the receipt of goods.

Also, please note, OMG Store is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice. We also encourage you to handle your purchase with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
